1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

• The tool is inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours.
• Purchased credits fail to be delivered to your account within 24 hours of a successful payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate accessibility of our AI models, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been partially or fully utilized.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
