Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Credit System and Billing

How Credits Work

FlareCut Studio operates on a credit-based system:

Credits are required to use AI generation features
Credits reset to your package's default amount monthly
Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
When you submit an AI action, the estimated credits are reserved
Upon completion, the actual credit amount is calculated and deducted
The actual amount may be higher or lower than the reserved amount

Credit Refunds

Credits are automatically refunded when AI operations fail or when our system encounters technical issues that prevent successful content generation. Refunds are not provided for successful operations or user-initiated cancellations.

Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all AI-generated content created through FlareCut Studio. This includes videos, images, audio, and any other media generated using our platform.

Uploaded Content

For content you upload to our platform:

You must own the content or have proper rights to use it
You grant us a license to process your content for service provision
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded materials

Prohibited Uses

You may not use FlareCut Studio for:

Illegal Content

Creating content that violates any applicable laws
Generating harmful, abusive, or threatening material
Producing content that infringes on others' rights

Deepfakes and Misrepresentation

Creating misleading content without proper disclosure
Impersonating individuals without consent
Generating content intended to deceive or manipulate

Platform Abuse

Attempting to circumvent credit limits or payment systems
Reverse engineering or unauthorized access attempts
Automated or bulk usage that violates fair use policies

Service Availability

Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for FlareCut Studio. However, service availability depends on third-party providers including Vercel and Firebase.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience downtime due to:

Scheduled maintenance and updates
Third-party service provider issues
Unexpected technical difficulties
High demand periods that exceed capacity

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your projects and data will be deleted according to our data retention policies.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in prohibited activities or content creation
Abuse the platform or attempt to circumvent limitations
